I am Dr. Whitney Rudesill, owner of Move•Well Chiropractic. I was born and raised in River Falls, WI. I went to UW-La Crosse for my undergrad coursework before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Sports and fitness have played a huge roll in my life. Coming from an athletic-minded family, I grew up playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running track. In college, I competed as a sprinter on UW-L’s track team (Go Eagles!). These experiences have fueled my passion for helping active individuals of all levels, from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts to weekend warriors, heal and prevent injuries so they can continue to participate, train, and compete at a high level.
I use a comprehensive and individualized approach to provide the best possible outcomes to reach each patient’s specific goals. I take pride in getting to know my patients on an individual basis so I can provide treatments that are effective and uniquely designed for their body.
When I’m not in the clinic, my two children, Ayla (9) and Camden (6) keep my husband, Ryan, and I very busy. We love to get outside, take our dog, Kira, for walks, go to the lake, kayak down the Kinni, and visit parks. I like to spend my personal time reading, going to C1 CrossFit classes, lifting weights in my garage gym, taking in a yoga class, and traveling.
I’m grateful to be a part of this community and am proud of the holistic and inclusive space I’ve created here.
Hi there, I’m Dr. Austin Werdin. I was born and raised in Eau Claire, WI and
continued my education at UW-River Falls where I studied biology and played
basketball. I graduated from chiropractic school at
Northwestern Health Sciences University where I received my Doctor of
Chiropractic degree. During this time, I also earned my Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist certification.
Sports, fitness, and movement have continued to play a large role in my life.
These experiences have fueled my passion for helping patients continue to do
what they love and reach their specific health and wellness goals. My goal is to
provide patients with individualized, patient-centered care and treatment while
focusing on rehabilitation and exercise therapy. I enjoy treating patients using
many techniques and approaches such as adjustments, dry
needling, cupping, laser therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and other manual therapies.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife (Elly) and dog (Enzo), lifting,
running, biking, hiking, and anything else outdoors!
