Goal Setting

**The impact of this work goes far beyond physical wellness—it’s
about helping individuals feel more grounded, empowered, and
in control of their lives. Through personalized mental skills
coaching and holistic support, clients begin to rebuild their
confidence, reconnect with their sense of self, and develop
healthier, more compassionate ways to manage stress,
pressure, and emotional fatigue. Many may come in feeling
overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about where to begin.
With intentional guidance, individualized strategies, and a
trauma-aware, whole-person approach, we create space for
meaningful shifts—in mindset, habits, and overall well-being. The
progress they experience isn’t about perfection or performance
—it’s about feeling seen, supported, and safe enough to grow.
This work is rooted in meeting people where they are and
walking alongside them toward where they want to be. It’s
about building momentum from within—progress that feels
personal, sustainable, and mentally freeing.

I’m a former collegiate hockey player with a passion for supporting athletes in both their performance and their overall well-being. With my background in exercise science and psychology, I’ve seen firsthand the mental and physical challenges that come with competitive athletics—including injury recovery, performance pressures, and the mental toll of balancing academics with athletics. During my time at the College of Saint Benedict, I created and led a mental health program within the athletics department, designing programming centered on sport psychology, coping strategies, and student-athlete wellness. I later went on to earn my Master of Education from the University of Minnesota, where my capstone and independent research explored student-athlete mental health and policies within the NCAA.

I aim to empower athletes with the tools, education, and support they need to thrive not just in their sport, but in every aspect of life.

I am Dr. Whitney Rudesill, owner of Move•Well Chiropractic. I was born and raised in River Falls, WI. I went to UW-La Crosse for my undergrad coursework before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Sports and fitness have played a huge roll in my life. Coming from an athletic-minded family, I grew up playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running track. In college, I competed as a sprinter on UW-L’s track team (Go Eagles!). These experiences have fueled my passion for helping active individuals of all levels, from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts to weekend warriors, heal and prevent injuries so they can continue to participate, train, and compete at a high level. I use a comprehensive and individualized approach to provide the best possible outcomes to reach each patient’s specific goals. I take pride in getting to know my patients on an individual basis so I can provide treatments that are effective and uniquely designed for their body. When I’m not in the clinic, my two children, Ayla (9) and Camden (6) keep my husband, Ryan, and I very busy. We love to get outside, take our dog, Kira, for walks, go to the lake, kayak down the Kinni, and visit parks. I like to spend my personal time reading, going to C1 CrossFit classes, lifting weights in my garage gym, taking in a yoga class, and traveling. I’m grateful to be a part of this community and am proud of the holistic and inclusive space I’ve created here.

Hi there, I’m Dr. Hannah Spaulding. I’m a central Minnesota native and grew up in an active family playing just about every sport with a ball. I continued my education at the University of St. Thomas where I played basketball and studied biology.

After undergrad I moved out to Portland, OR to work towards both my Doctorate of Chiropractic and my Masters in Sports Medicine. Later, I completed post doctoral work to earn my Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach certifications. This education helps me combine my love of staying active with helping my patients do the same through exercise therapy and rehabilitation programs.

I use many techniques from instrument assisted, dry needling, manual therapy, adjusting and cupping to help my patients reach their wellness goals. I am passionate about helping people continue to do what they love.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my dog (Sav) hanging out at the lake in the summer, going to C1 classes, running, lifting, reading, and baking!
